Postdoc Opening for Project on Cancer Cell Phenotypic Heterogeneity
A postdoctoral position funded by an NIH grant is available in the laboratory of Dr. Diane Barber in the Department of Cell and Tissue Biology at the University of California San Francisco. The position entails addressing questions on cancer cell phenotypic heterogeneity using spheroids of clonal human lung and colorectal cancer cells and organoids generated from biopsies of colorectal cancer obtained from patients. The project includes using quantitative high-resolution imaging of 3D spheroids and organoids as well as RNA-seq analysis; hence, familiarity with at least one of these approaches is required.
Interested candidates should email a CV, research statement, and the names of two references to diane.barber@ucsf.edu.
