Presently, we are seeking a patent associate and a patent agent with at least one year of legal practice experience, preferably at a law firm, for our life sciences practice in our Silicon Valley, San Francisco, Seattle, New York, or Washington, D.C. offices. The ideal candidate will have a PhD (or MD) in immunology, molecular biology, cell biology, microbiology, oncology or a related field. Member of the California, Washington State, New York, or Washington D.C. Bar required (admission to the Bar in the jurisdiction where the work is being performed is required). A USPTO registration number, superior academic credentials, excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills a must.
